alternator belt tensioner HELP...

Does anybody know the the sequence of the parts for the alternator belt tensioner??
My wheel is not lining up with the belt...
I have this set up
outer bolt, metal cap, wheel/bearing, metal cap, spacer, udjusting bolt, washer

I think this is correct but the belts are new and are making loud noise...
Thanks

If the belts are making noise, perhaps the tensionner idler wheel needs to be adjusted tighter.

To make a long story short.
The alternator belt came off, the power steering belt broke and then I drove the car with almost all the dash lights on, to the mechanic. The problem ended up being the main pulley wheel is worn out and it shifted causing it not to be lined up with the rest off the stuff. Eventually it shifted enough to cause the belt problems listed above.
I knew it couldn't be the belts or the belt tensioner because I just replaced them about 2 months ago..
Hopefully it won't cost much. I'll find out Friday.
