I'm getting about 16 MPG...any ideas why?

I don't think it's anything you did. I would have the speedometer checked to see if it accurate for starters (mile markers on expressways). I checked out your web page (looks cool) and you didn't seem to change the tires size which would do it. Maybe your foot is a little heavy.

Could it be...
Are you stuck on 405 all the time? That really kills your mileage. I always seem to get stuck around Totem Lake and around Bellevue. The 520 is horrible too going West to the bridge.
Otherwise, I did notice you have some serious super-size wheels and tires. That would increase your rolling resistance.
My car looks just like yours did stock.
