I've been calculating how many MPG I get every time I fill up, and it comes out to be 16MPG...any ideas why it is so low?

I don't think it's anything you did. I would have the speedometer checked to see if it accurate for starters (mile markers on expressways). I checked out your web page (looks cool) and you didn't seem to change the tires size which would do it. Maybe your foot is a little heavy.
Good Luck,

Tom

?

That just seems too low. The worst tank I ever got was 21 MPG and that was all traffic in the summer with the A/C on. I typically get about 27 MPG.

Could it be...

Are you stuck on 405 all the time? That really kills your mileage. I always seem to get stuck around Totem Lake and around Bellevue. The 520 is horrible too going West to the bridge.

Otherwise, I did notice you have some serious super-size wheels and tires. That would increase your rolling resistance.

My car looks just like yours did stock.
