3.5 wheel spin after take off ???

3.5 wheel spin after take off ???

ok guys , i know for a fact that all 3.5 when punched from a start have wheel spin hey we got alot of power, but for the past couple of days ill take off slow and wehn i hit like 10 miph ill punch it down to the ground itll just spin tires , whats wrong with it ? PLUS when im braking kinda hard i hear the tires sound like there slipping do i need a alignment maybe balancing ? or am i F****D ?

Qmax.........those potenza suck a$$.

I used to break loose doing the speed limit around turns, 35-40mph.
I $hit canned them and put better rubber on.
Everything is good now

Been to the track 200 too many times? hehehe....

I think you do need new tires...

not at all. its quick, but i sure dont have alot of wheel spin at 10mph well actually i do have a little chirp when its shifts to second. stupid POS TCM!!

i replaced my tires and rims i got heavyer 18' chromes with michelin pilots 245/40/ZR18z and still and the car does seem to be picking up HARD ill be doing 60 and ill punch it ill actully feel the car jerk and just take off i think something wrong i love the power and all but i dont wanna kill my car

Remember he has a 2000 Maxima. 3000 V6 with 225 hp, not the 3.5 engine.

My auto with Warpspeed y-pipe, test pipe, GReddy Evo catback, Frankencar intake, and Nitto 555 235-45-17's will spin the tires if i floor it between 15-20 mph. From a dead stop i can spin the tires, get traction while squealing them up to about 3500 rpm, car takes off, and then they will start squealing again from 5000 rpm until the shift to second.
