i read the faqs and tsb's and still need help!

I am a noob to max's and just bought a 95 se for $1000 w/ 117,xxx mi. from a friend of my mothers and want to start restoring the car to perfect running order.
i just finally drove my max home yesterday after purchasing it from my mom's friend. I must say this $h!t got some *****! i have always loved nissans including the max but man the motor rocks! gets me thinking about a n/a sentra motor swap.....(i am a sr20/sentra lover at heart) Any way, I have a couple of problems/questions.
btw, i have read the tsb and faqs but maybe i missed something ......

1.the fluid in my power steering resevoir looks like its "boiling". what is causing this and how do i repair or is this ok?

2. my car starts on the first crank every time, but it usually dies immedietly once or twice before it'll keep running. when it does run it seems fine. does anyone know why?

3.i have a constant humming and hissing noise coming from the rear of the car. At first i thought it was the fuel pump, but read the tsb's and found out it was the brakes, supposedly, but my symptoms are different. it is constantly humming when i drive. not when i come to a stop or 5mph, or whatever. the only time i hear a difference in noise is when i turn on something electrical, like a/c or defrost or headlights. but i'm guessing when i turn those thing on it just takes juice and causes the motor to vibrate differently. i don't know if this makes a difference but my e-brake is almost completly ineffective so i assume the cable is very loose.

please let me know what you think, thanks!

i did read the faqs but i'll look over it again. no i meant it would be dope if i could drop the vg motor into a b13 or b14 chassis and run a n/a v6'd sentra!!! i've heard of people and seen pics of cars with nissan motors in different car chassis i.e. fwd sr20det in a ek civic, n/a sr20de in a crx, rwd sr20det in a e36 bmw, rb26dett in supra! $h!t, i've even seen a s2000 motor and guage cluster in a e30 bmw.........
