Fuel additives . . . . only if they are injector cleaners (recommend Sea Foam)
Cone filters . . . . try to stick with the stock air box and a K&N panel filter. You will be happier. As far as oiling the generic cone filters you will have to research. Oiling is usually for re-usable filters.
