Did anyone succesfully swap a 95 5spd ecu and harness into a 99 cali spec auto? I jus got the 95 harness and ecu and it will be better than my piece of trash cali spec, at least for turboing.

 

as far as I understand not totaly sure 99 cali spec would be obdIIb (or something like that not standard obdII). I think you would need to swap out the whole harness and possibly change few sensors. To me it's not worth the hassle. I might be wrong though.

 

I am changing the harness and eliminating everything I dont need including emission stuff I have a 99 manual and on jwt they have a break down of the 95-96.
