Need to replace CAT Converter

Hey, I just found out that my front cat converter is malfunctioning and I need to replace it. Anyone know an aftermarket site or place near NYC that I could purchase one for a low price? Budget is kind of low because I just did a manual conversion so any help would be appreciated. And it needs to be able to pass emissions tests.

Thanks =)

Isn't the cat covered for 8/80 under the emissions warranty? It might be worth looking into.
