Power steering belt removal

Power steering belt removal

Am I missing something? Loosened the center bolt and the adjusting screw on the idler pulley but it doesnt move. Is there something else to be loosened or does it just need "persuisaion"?

No. According to FSM it isnt needed. Is FSM wrong? Wouldnt be the first time.

honestly don't know, but I know on most cars with multiple belts that is how it's done
