hey guys this will be short a question. my 2000 max has about 58000 miles on it and today i noticed that when i 100% stop at a light the engine feels a bit rough, could this be cuased by like belts? where would you guys think i should look for problems? thanks!!

 

have u gotten a tune up?
changed the plugs?
changed the oil
was the a/c on?

 

i haven't got a tune up yet, i changed my plugs, just changed my oil 1000 miles ago. and no the ac was not on....do you think i need a new batt? im powering a mono block and a 4 ch amp. my headlights dont dim or anything so i figure it is ok, but just wanted to tell you that just in case.

 

could be that the battery is partially disconnected.. making the car run on the alty...and when ur stopped...its not conducting power... check the conenctions..

its sounds to me like a power issue... maybe the alty has gone bad...get a voltmeter..

try to duplicate the problem

 

Sounds like eighter an engine mount broke and it feels all rough, you need coil packs, or your injectors are very dirty and need a treatment of BG44K injector cleaner. Try cleaning out your throttle body, at the same time. My idel aint the smoothest, but I also have Place Racing engine mounts, so I don't care much bout idle.
