does a damaged o2 ALWAYS pull a light. can an o2 be busted and not have the light show up. this is for a 2k2. thanx guys.

 

idk ....but when i installed my headers...before i hooked up the dual output o2 sensor simulator.....

i left the secondary o2 sensors hanging for like 2 days!!! and no ses light at all

then i hooked up th eo2 sensor simulator and reset teh ecu ....so idk what the hell that was about

but maybe it will take awhiel for the ecu to see teh o2 sensor is busted...cu it didnt notice mine even after two days of just hanging in teh engine bay

this has to do with my gas mileage. it is beyond low. like barely 200 to the tank at times. i know that when i had this problem, my o2 was the issue. but now with "advanced" technologies, we are told by the ecu when the o2 is dieing. i'm wondering if my o2 is busted and i just don't[ know it. also, which one?!?!?!

Same here. But I notice that all NY maxima have poor mileage. I dont even get 200 with new plugs, new maf, cleaned TB, and no problems that a mech can see.
