diy clears : success.. except for one thing

diy clears : success.. except for one thing

So yes, cutting out the clear sheet was the most agonizing part and I just wanted to break down and cry. I used a half inch pocket razor to cut it out and it worked well.. if only it wasnt so small.
anyway. I had it in the oven for too long I guess and one of the red edges curled up. So now i have a little thing stickin out. Is there any way to rebend it back? blowdryer? heatgun? it looks really bad.
*if you get that black glue on the outside. easy way to clean it is to stick it off with duck tape. worked very well for me.

I found goo-gone took the black stuff off, and I to fubar-ed my clear tail mod. I managed to crack every lens and bend one. Only thing you can do is get OEM replacments and redo the mod or spring the $80 for some altezzas and a can of black spray paint so you dont have to put up with that crap crome look.

goto a junkyard... you could probably get just 1 of the four lights for a decent price
