Searching

I'm wondering if someone can help me. I've been trying to use the search feature on this forum however, I keep getting the following message:

Bruce1999, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I have not made a donation but I would, if that's what I need to do in order to use it. Any ideas?

Thanks to all.

Thanks Kevlo, your solution worked like a charm!

Proph, as far as reading the stickies...if you're referring to the one about updating the search index, I have read it and I am well aware of that issue. My search issue occured prior to any software updates so obviously it's not related.

You're an idiot.

The Sticky you're referring to has nothing realted to searching. In fact "This FAQ is for all questions relating to the 4th Gen Maxima itself."

The Sticky above it does reference searching however, that gave me the same error message.

If you enjoy flaming people, you should get your facts straight before you start.
