I went out to Chicago yesterday to get my car tinted (Thanks hectorc!). In about an hour, I had 20% all around installed. Here're some pics:

Nice i got 20 done this week too. But then my car got smashed! so back to the body shop. I like 20 tho.. urz looks way darker than mine! or maybe its just dif in person.

Hmmm. maybe it's just because it's a picture but my 20% looks way darker than that. I had 20 done all around in July and love it, but it is really quite dark.

lol i was drivin with my 20% in tonight, ive only had it a few days and i went over a curb, couldnt see out those damn windows! lol I have to get used to it, and i cant roll my windows down yet, cuz he said not to for 3 days.

u dont have to wait 3 days to roll them down aslong as you are carefull you can roll them down after they are done

KEEP them rolled up for at least a week! They need to cure. If its really hot where your at maybe 4days.

Looking good man. It looks a lil lighter than 20% cause mine is dark as heck at 20% and i have a tan interior also. But who know what the window dude was smoking when he did mine cause it might be 5% limo.

looks clean, i wish i still had my fronts tinted. chp officer made me take mine out on the spot, if not, i would have gotten a ticket. what a bummer!

Honestly, I'd take the ticket but that's just me. I used to live CA and I know CHP/LAPD can be real A-holes when they wanna be but it's my tint so write me a ticket.

the reason why his looks darker than yours doc, is because he has a light car, with a light colored interior. yours is a BLACK car, and its gonna look darker, for example, one of my friends had a WHITE celica, got 20's done, didnt look that dark, than he got a black on black '04 6pd accord coupe v6, and it looked a lot darker than it did on his celica.

Yeah, Ive been stopped where I live in Cali three times for tint, but they never wrote me a ticket... one of em said u cant have ANY tint on the fronts but i think hes wrong on that one, but they also said its a moving violation now instead of a fix it ticket. I have like medium tint, i forgot what % but it looks nice.

Mr. Duck, I'm not sure you understood what I was saying...or maybe I'm not fully understanding you, but I was saying that my 20% seems darker than his. We both have dark colored cars with his being green and mine black. My interior is tan also.

i think the difference is according the color of the interior...dark interior = "darker" tint...lighter interior= "lighter " tint.
