Just changed back to the stock airbox & I can really feel a difference.
Wow.... I can really a difference. The stock airbox feels better than the Stillen intake. Well mostly during low end torque.
I've noticed that the Stillen is better at higher rpms. I was going up a small hill near my house and the car kinda stalled when with the Stillen, I use to go up that same hill and the car would accelerate easily.
Hmm... I think I'll stick with the stock until I get a CAI.

I don't see anyone mentioning K&N FIPK filters. Are they not available for our cars? I'm in the process of looking, but haven't been able to spend much time on the search. I had one on my 3000GT and it made a world of difference. If someone has a part number or lead, I appreciate them sharing it with me. I don't want the type that requires a hole in the fender well.

I do not know waht a FIPK filter is... but if it just looks like the stock rectangular one but made by K&N and it increases flow a little bit then yea those are readily available its a K&N drop-in filter. You can goto www.autozone.com and you will find it there. If you are talking about an intake with a connical K&N filter attached then you have a few options, either the JWT pop charger or the Stillen Hi-Flow Intake.
I use the K&N drop in filter with an OSCAI setup and i think i feel an improvement over just stock and just K&N filter.
