My fogs won't turn on, not sure why. Checked the fuses, none are broken. Checked the wiring harness... seems fine. Checked to see if the rubber wiring sleeve is covering the contacts.. affirmative. Checked the bulbs.

Not sure what else to do. Any ideas?

p.s. I got a ohm meter but i don't know where to begin.

Could it be the relay?

1) Raise the hood.

2) On the passenger side of the engine compartment, near the power steering reservoir, you should see a black plastic relay box. This is relay box #1. There is a good photo of it in the Haynes manual on page 12-4.

3) Snap off the relay box cover. A key or screwdriver will help do this.

4) There are two rows of relay sockets, six in each row. Your relay box may have some blank sockets, depending on which options are installed. The upper right hand corner socket should have a blue relay installed, and that is the Fog Light Relay.

5) All blue relays are Type 1M relays and are interchangeable. Swap the Fog Light Relay with any other blue relay.

6) If your fogs now work, you have a bad relay. If your fogs still don't work, look elsewhere.
