For those of you with the 5spd pfi kit - Are you guys running open wastegate? If so, does it open in between shift?.... Mine opens like that and it sounds horrid. I'm thinking about running a small pipe to flow into the rest of the exhaust. Also, I'm thinking about ceramic coating the entire kit - cost/ benefit analysis anyone?

Are you leaving your foot on the gas between shifts?

 

t t t t thomasss :-/ I let my foot off the gas of course... It opens anyway - also, if i decellerate from mid rpm's, it does the same... talk about sounding like a civic

 

i told you switching the wastegate with the bov wouldn't gain you any extra hp, but noooooo....
