help odd clicking noise

ok so this only happens when its cold out but when i turn my wheel when the car is stopped i get this weird clicking noise that sounds like its coming from the wheel well. But when u pop the hood and turn it sounds likes its coming from the upper right hand corner of the engine by the master cylinder. Does anyone have an idea of what this could be?

Sounds like your strut bearings are shot... repeat the test but listen near the strut mounts - if you hear the clicking, or notice that the strut/spring assembly sorta catches-releases (with the clicks) rather than rotates smoothly with the steering wheel, then its definitely your strut bearings... cheap to replace, just a lot of work for $15 part...
