Help!! Front springs flip-flopped!!
Hi all,
I just noticed that the front springs on my Max were not installed the same way. Should the wider coils be at the top or bottom? I'm afraid that this flip-flop might be the reason for all the noise I'm hearing up front. Thanks.

Jack up the front of your car, stick your hand behind the wheel and try to adjust the spring to make it fit the gap.
Does it seem to sit higher than the other side? My rear spring used to make a noise like....rubber on metal almost. (On every bump) - I did what I told you to do and I dont hear anything now. Try that

Get the Maxspeeds out of there. They are cheap springs, YGWYP4 I get a lot of guys in my shop that take them back out. They tend to rust alot too - junk. Thats what you get from a $100 set of springs.
