Whining Noise at Idle

Whining Noise at Idle
My car's been making the whining noise that others describe from the alternator/pulley area, but only when idling at 600-700 rpms. It goes away when I hit the gas. I have new bearings in the alternator, a new belt, and a new pulley tensioner assembly. Any ideas what it is? Thanks.
