Umm...I have the CDT audio CL components up front, and the highs are amazing for the price. not tons of bass, but with subs, I doubt the component bass will be that important.

If you're wanting to upgrade, you'll most likely end up with something that sounds better than your bose, but I don't really care for bose anyways.

I have a new set Front Eclipse Components, and Rear Eclipse COAX. I have to pick up the COAX at Don's sometime next week. I bought the front to go into my kick panels and they will not fit they are 6 1/2 and the COAX i just bought an extra set that I no longer need they are also 6 1/2. Let me know if you are interested.

They sound amazing, nice and clear, smooth.... Much better than the Diamond Audio Hex's i had b4

I think you can get an avergae component set and they will sound much better than Bose

If youre going to get subs, dont worry about the bass response, most of it will go to the subs anyway, thats what theyre for. but other than that Infinity Kappa's are among my fav's, and pioneers are good for what youre paying.. check ebay

Any reputable brand will out perform your bose speakers.

incorrect. If you have subs, you need good midbass or your imaging and soundquality go to poop. not that bose ever had good imaging or soundquality
