i dont think a drop will be that much worse... just get some h&rs with illuminas... as far as smooth shifts HAHA!!! but i get what you are saying...

MEVI's aren't worth it IMO unless it is paired with an upgraded ECU

I'm thinking (if the ca$h allows) Either:
Upgrading the brakes,
UDP (apparently no ill effects unless you're running a power hungry sound system, etc),
VB mod
And now, a Manumatic/Shiftronic (there's a thread around here somewhere...)
I'll probably go for the UDP first, cheap and easy way to free up some hp...
