its located under the steer wheel pannel, where the fuese box and all is, just take that pannel off you see the white box, and you can disconnect the door ajar anoying sound.

the little buzzer is behind the driver kick pannel. remove it by 2 phillip screws and you can unplug the little white buzzer.

I disconnected mine because my alarm goes BOOP BOOP if I leave my lights on anyway.

Kinda embarassing because it's loud as hell. Made people at the gas pumps jump a couple of times....lol

when i bought my car it didnt do the door ajar thing.. i didnt mind until one day i left my lights on and didnt realize and i come out to a dead battery... so i eventually found out that its because the buzzer isnt connected, when i did go to connect it, i found the box but i dont know where the hell the wire / wiring harness that goes to it is.. if anyone know where the wire leads to or what it looks like, please let me know

It is just an on/off connector? Like two wires... or is it a bunch of wires where you could figure out which wire does the "door ajar" noise and the one that does the "lights on" noise?

If you can't do it that way, you could just disconnest the switch at the base of the door frame (or hard wire it so it is always closed, whichever is necessary) - which should cut the door noise, but not the light noise.

Unless the light noise depends on the door being open? I can't remember if it is that or the key being removed the ignition. Maybe then you could wire it up so the noise for the light only goes if the light is on and the door is open - and if the lights aren't on the noise wouldn't go. Probably do that with a relay.

Fun to mess with anyway.
