is it bad to be rolling when you shift....like for example....if i was backing out do i have to be fully stopped and then shift into drive or can the car be rolling as i shift into drive...
and i was wonderin if it was bad for your tranny....what happens???

 

hmmm I think so, the gears probably wear off this way, so I was told.

 

wait til complete stop..it will eventually causes pre-mature damage and failure
