Wher is the best place to run wire through the firewall

Wher is the best place to run wire through the firewall

I'm in the process of installing a stereo system in my 95. I'm running 4 guage wire for the amps. I see a spot on the firewall where the clutch pedal would go and I was thinking on going through there. What do you guys think ?

Yep, thats the best place.

For the 5-speed I don't know, never done an install in one of them. To find one just look around in that area, for a flat spot in the metal, where it is safe to drill through (check both sides) and where it will not be too close to somthing hot (like exhaust) or any moving parts. Use your best jugement as to what will be safe.
