These service bulletins that the NHTSA have on their web site, are we suppose to bring it to the attention of the dealer?

Here is one of them that I am experiencing with my MAX 2000 Auto bought in Canada....

SERVICE BULLETIN NUMBER:NTB00039A
BULLETIN SEQUENCE NUMBER: 158
DATE OF BULLETIN: 0012
NHTSA ITEM NUMBER: SB615859
COMPONET: POWER TRAIN: TRANSMISSION: AUTOMATIC
SUMMARY:
SOME VEHICLES MAY EXHIBT SLOW OR DELAYED SHIFTING FROM FIRST TO SECOND GEAR OR FROM SECOND TO THIRD GEAR (PARTICULALRY AT ONE-HALF THROTTLE OR GREATER APPLICATION)

Anyone else have this problem too?

Print up the actual TSB (in the sticky thread) and bring it to your dealer. Most of us (autos) have this problem.
