HIGH idle in Neutral and Park

My 92 GXE has high idle while in Neutral and Park, however while in drive its perfect around 700-900rpm.

When I say high, during warmup its around 1800-1900rpm, then it drops to around 1400-1500rpm.

However As soon as I put it in drive or reverse it drops right down into the normal operating range of 700-900rpm.

I have cleaned/replaced the IACV, cleaned the throttle body, checked/replaced the TPS, cleaned/replaced the MAF, changed the O2, changed thermostat, EGR valve.

Not sure what else it could be?????????

its pretty normal to have an initial high idle your car is just warming up the coolant temp might help but if it dosnt dont be alarmed its normal as long as it drops back down when you put it in drive.

Nissan sold maxima's coming out of the lot reving at idle at 1500rpm in park?

hmmmmm don't think its normal, although I have become accustomed to it being normal since I can't seem to fix it.

I will change the temp sensor, where is it located, and how much do they run?

Any idea?
