Rear wheel bearing replacement question?

I have an 02 Max

I know the front bearings need to be put in with a hydralic press. My question is on the rear wheel bearings. DaveB is sending me a new wheel hub for the rear and he said the bearings are already pressed into it. He said the only trouble I may have is getting the hub off. I hope I am quoting him properly I am just looking for reassurance that I will be able to do this without a problem. I have good access to tools.

Thanks guys.

PLEASE no guessing on this one...

sup dude.. i replaced my rear wheel hub on my old 96 max.. should be the same set up.. take off the caliper.. use a chisel and a hammer.. and lightly tap off the center cap that covers the hub/axle bolt.. if im not mistaken. .the hub bolt is prolly a 30mm.. i could be wrong.. but it should be.. i popped it off wit a 1/2" air wrench.. the hub comes off and just replace it in reverse order..

I would hope. I would not be surprised if the Nissan dealership I went to today told me they needed to be pressed in just so they could charge $160 in labor. They said it is a 2 hour job. I thought it was like 1.8 or something and when I asked he said AT LEAST 2 hours. I think this dealership is trying to F-me. My brother in law and myself removed the ENTIRE REAR AXEL (ripped the ENTIRE rear end apart, brakes, sus., etc), replaced with a new one, and reassembled the rear end in 2 1/2 hours. I am not even joking. How can we do all that in 2 1/2 hours yet it takes at least 2 hours to change out a simple part?
