Do I need a throttle body spacer?

hey, i just bought a 1997 pathfinder throttle body for my 1996 max off of car-part.com. i was wondering if i have to buy a spacer for it and if so where do i get one for cheap.

Uh I don't think the 97 Pathfinder is the right year. I think they have a VG. I think you need one from 01+. You will also need an adapter plate. There is no proven gain for this mod while still NA. It is more of a turbo or SC thing. Do some more research. What other mods do you have? Is this your first mod? Get a y pipe and intake, maybe some suspension before trying to do something like this.
