Is it possible to add the seat heaters to a '99 SE with Leather ?

I found a nearly perfect '99, but there are no seat heaters under the leather. It's a "must have" feature for my wife. Can the factory units be added ? Anyone done this ?

I've hard of people hooking up power to seats with power and heat, but I haven't heard of anyone adding the heating element to a seat.
