installing rear springs? painting cars?

ok two questions for anybody that knows. 1. im installing some springs on turkey day and found on here a how-to for the front suspension and im assuming the back is the same with maybe a couple bolts inside the trunk lining? i just would like to see some pics of somone that has done a rear suspension job. ive done front before but havent looked at rear so just need to varify, is it eisier than front or no? and now painting...im painting a project car and need to know what i can use to sand off all the exsisting paint easiest, i know theres a chemical that eats paint off in like 5 seconds which is awsome but i think its illegal unless your a lisanced shop or somthing. so could i just use a power sander of some sort? also does anyone have any brand of primer that they like best or clear? i am just going to get some dupli-color primer and clear and go to a custom paint shop around here and get a custom color mixed up so i can spray it. -Ryan

instructions can be fouund here http://www.vqpower.com/v2/modules.ph...howpage&pid=69

this are the ones I used when I put on my H&R's about a month ago. Everything was pretty easy ....no problems.

There is something called airplane stripper that should remove most paint.

You dont need to totally remove the old paint. Sand it down and prime the spots that need it and you're ready to go.
