I have AMSoil 75w90 in mine. No problems so far, but I am sure my tranny will die from shifting abuse one day in the near future. AMSoil is good because it is supposed to be OK with limited slip diffs.

lol, ive been hearing alot from the honda dorks bout the gm synchromesh, but considering its coming from a honda driver i dont really rely on that information, i currently have valvoline fully synthetic tranny fluid in there with no probs, but i wanted to switch to something better, perhaps it'll be amsoil instead of redline mt-90.

redline mt-90, just because its more easily accessible. Plus amsoil 2000 gear oil will be going out of production soon

Amsoil Synthetic

Yes you only need about 4.75 quarts. It will start to overflow but you need to buy 5 quarts.

^yeah, it's gl-5 that's bad for nissan trannies. which is what my mechanic put in. without asking me whether i wanted him to do it. and then told me it WAS the right fluid and would stop my diff. bearing problem. last time i go there.
