those blue headlight bulbs?

i just bought my car (used) and the guy has these light blue bulbs in his corner headlights. my friend said they are illegal. is this true???

they disperse a white light, so yes, they are/can be illegal. But it depends on each state...law enforcement can be strict in some case.

If they are blue bulbs yes they're illegal in NY. You cannot have Red, Blue or Green lights on the front of your car.

as long as they put out white light and do not put out blue you should be fine... although i'd recommend some amber bulbs in there
