2.7t has a twin turbo 250 hp engine standard. i don't think max's can hang with that with some mods

Those 2.7L twin turbo's are awfully quick for a big car....sub 6 second 0-60's and low 14 1/4's aren't bad....had one pull away from me on the highway....yeah, thought I'd have him too.

Stock 6 spds are magazine tested at 14.6-.7, I personally ran a 14.4.
Stock tiptronics are magazine tested at 15.1, a few owners have run 14.8-.9's
Now, a fellow I know with a chipped Tiptronic run's 14 flat, I think he's even hit the 13.9 range.
Nobody that I've heard of has run a chipped 6 spd at the track, once my warranty runs out, then I'll probably be chipping. I would estimate that a chipped 6 spd would run 13.3-13.5.
Not too shabby for what folks have called "an overgrown Passat with nice leather"

Most likely an S4 and most likely......

you got smoked! Those are damn fast and have AWD launches. A group of us in high altitudes consitently run low 14's with some that are chipped(nothing else) can run low to mid 13's.
