heated seats

I've read multiple threads where people complain about the effectiveness of their heated seats. I'm looking to upgrade, can some of you offer opinions on whether this is worth my $200 or not?

I am interested in this too. I live in NY and every time I get in my car I really wish I had them. I also want to have a power front passenger seat. Does anyone know how much these upgrades cost?

with the max it really takes a while for your heated seats to get going, id go for heated seats from an infiniti or car with similar seats

Just fired mine up this morning for the first time since March.

They work well, but don't expect a blazing hot seat - and it takes a few min for them to completely warm up. Works great for temps around freezing (as cold as it gets down here).

Its a frigid 12 degrees here and prolly below 0 with wind chill....I use my heated seats almost everyday now and it is always warm within 2 mins and burns my *** after about 10 but I just switch it to the lesser mode.....maybe its a '99 thing....better quality??? Who knows but it is worth it!

I have a remote starter (Viper 791xv) and the night before I get out of the car, I turn the heater on along with the heated seats (for driver side). The next morning, I always start the car while getting ready for school..... and when I enter the car and sit.........
"ahhhhh.... nice"

I take back what I said. It was cold again this morning - and I left the seats on for 15 minutes on high. Burned my *** off!
