My Slotted Rotors

Alright guys, I ordered some slotted rotors from internetautomar(t), and here is how they came out.

I just wanted to share with everyone.

Oh vell, I hope you like them.

Are those Brembo?

Give us an update in a couple thousand miles as to difference in braking and pad wear.

I am in need of new rotors and I was thinking of Brembo blanks or possibly something like those. I just didn't know if they did anything besides eat rotors. I have never messed with brakes much, other than to change pads.

Wow, what brand are those??? and how much did you pay for them??

I would stick to OEM or Brembo Blanks..

Those are just for looks mostly. Probably not enough slots to really do anything. But the good thing unlike drilled rotors is he doesn't have to suffer the reliablity or performance hinderance for a cool looking rotor.

They do look kinda cool. Wish I could get my hands on some 2 piece 13" rotors for less than my car is worth

I've had my drilled rotors for over 3 years now with absolutely no problems at all. Dont think they do anything performance wise like you said, but they're holding up just fine. Although looking back I wish I could have the money back that I spent on them to go toward finishing off you and Mikes BBK =\

Of course, I guess I still need those hub rings for that

Not too shabby, E-T... although, like Chris said, I want to see how they hold up after putting a grip of miles on 'em.

Give us a 30-day update after the install, ok?

Well I don't see any picture to compare his to my set. I can say though, that I did notice a significant difference between stock and the Brembo slots I have.

(edit) I have had my brembo slots for about a year now. They have held up great, with no defects arising.

After a few nasty words and threats to the computer, it finally decided to show the picture. I can say that set doesn't look as aggressive as mine. click on "Cardomain Site" and go to the 2nd page.

I was thinking of trolling Mustang sites and trying to buy a set of used Baer 2-piece rotors.
