I was on lunch and i was sitting at a light when a white MKiv Supra pulled up. I look over and my seat got soiled. He had the optional sports package wing, the 16" rims (perk: Non turbo!)... I'm thinking this might be interesting. He had it lowered and sounded like an exhaust (couldn't tell though).

Basically, I got him off the line, took a car length in 2nd gear and it pretty much stayed that way up to about 85mph (i gained maybe another half a car length) where i got off it.. the guy just smiled and waved (which is unusual for most MKiv owners, they can be...big-headed.)

It was an interesting race but, it was sad to say I beat my dream car. I love supras. I just know if it was a Turbo... I would have been just crossing the intersection by the time he hit 60mph.

Can't wait till Vegas2001...

Lil bro, this is big bro:
What are YOOOUUUU doing? I emailed you but no response, here is my new email address: zam.urguhart@osan.af.mil
Note the misspelled name. I'm trying to get that fixed. I found some pretty cool Korean/Japanese toys. You want an HKS gas powered Supra???

Your dream car? Mine too. If I had the money, I would start looking for one immediately. However, finding an used MKIV SupraTT w/relatively low mileage, good condition, and inexpensive is really hard.

The other day I was playing around with new 200hp Sebring. What a dog. I ate him for lunch. Anyone else raced a Sebring?

Hey SCCA Solo2, don't feel bad. Instead, look at it as the apprentice beating the master, karate kid beating Mr. Meage (how do you spell his name ) I agree with everyone here be happy and remeber it's not really your dream car unless it's a TT.

for the 5spd, it's a tad bit slower than a 5g 5spd. I believe around 8.0secs. The car can be pushed to 14.90s, but with a lot of good driving. It's a typical 15.20-15.50s car.

how would you know if he is not actually trying? Those Supras even non turbos are faster than Maximas.... Considering that they are Toyota Top sports car.
