2000 MAX SE Random Stalling

Hello everyone I have just joined today. Ok I first have to say I love my car however I have had mojor problem with this car since I bought it. Thank God for the warranty which is now over. Anyway the most recent problem which I saw other people having is when I start the car sometimes it is still at ilde and sits at 1000 RPM like it should but sometimes it will start go to 1000 and drop down and stall. My thinking is a fuel problem. Oh and I'm losing gas mileage also. Usually I get about 320 or a little more on premium gas but today I have to fill up 298. Also sometimes the car won't start up at all. The other morning (I have remote start) I started it from in the house and I came in to my garage to see it never came on. I tried to start it 3 times more and felt like I was going to flood it so I turned the key all the way off for about 10 sec and then turned it to "on" to allow fuel into the engine and then to "start" and it turned right on. Oh and my other new problem is I need the tiny amp that is in the 10" sub in the back window and BOSE not Clarion will sell that part. WHAT A PAIN! Anyway can someone give me some idea as to what is going on with the car...Please help I can't spend a rediculous amount of money having to fix this car constantly.
