Hey Everyone - this is my first time on here so forgive me any mistakes but i was hoping someone could help me with a problem with my 00 GLE. It is totally stock and has 42,000 miles.Recently I have had problems with the car misfiring and the service engine soon light, the SLIP light and the traction control light all come on and the car runs very very rough like a mis. When I drive for a few minutes and turn off and restart the car only the service engine soon light is left on and the car runs perfectly. My mechanic has read the diagnostic plug but has no defintive answer. When it's running rough it reads multiple misfires but as soon as it clears up the codes go away. Its getting frustrating and aside from this I really love this car. I would really appreciate anyones help. Thanks so much

Did you buy the car new? It may be your ignition coils. They seem to be problematic in your model year Max.
