simple trick...
for dash rattles...
in the space between the top of dash and
the base of the front windshield.
stuff a bit of cardboard or rubber to prevent
the dash from hitting the glass when
going over the everpresent urban potholes.
actually, it seems incredible that a car
so well engineered and manufactured would
have rattles of this nature.

also, does anyone have any experience with
thin paint on the hood (ie.nicks)

Remove the left windshield inner panel vertical, and insolate
with foam. This should solve the problem.

YES.. how do you remove those plastic pillars? I have a feeling they just snap in, but I don't want to break anything.
