Need a new catalytic converter

I replaced 2 bad oxygen sensors a few weeks ago, now my catalytic converter has gone bad. I've owned alot of nissans, but I've never had to replace a catalytic converter before. It looks easy but does anyone know of a good aftermarket one that I should get for my 01 maxima and where I can order from? Thanks!

Why do you think it went bad?

might be covered under federal emissions laws, look it up, the find out whether or not you're cali or fed and look in your warranty manual

I would go to summitracing.com they have one on there that is 50 state legal for about $105 also with reguards to Cali or fed here was a thread in her that showed how to tell on a vq35. if there is four connections above the exhust manifold then it is CALI but if it only has two then it is fed. wish i had a linkf or you bud but i cant find it.

I think you are still under warranty if you are under 80K Miles. Look into this and ask your dealer...

My guess is that you have a P0420/P0430 code and your dealer just replaced the O2s without reprogramming the ECU per this TSB:
