Anyone that has had or has any rattles on the inside of their max...Post the rattles you have/had and how you have solved them. Also, if you haven't solved them just tell us where they are coming from. Hopefully a lot of you guys will reply so we will be able to use this post as a sort of reference for rattle solution..

Mine:
A-pillar rubbing against dashboard..
Solution: Put rubber or cloth between the bottom of the pillar and the dash. There is a little gap that you can use.

 

I am looking to get rid of these rattles:

One coming from passenger side of the dash, somewhere near the airbag occuring at speeds ~70 MPH+

Upper to middle part of the A-piller when bass hits. . . I don't know how to remove it to get any silencing material behind it.

 

That was my prob....take off the pannels in the trunk and the rubber caps on the strut towers inside the trunk. Hop in (yes, the trunk) and get a trusted partner in crime to drive around on some bumps (anywhere in northern ontario will do)if You see that center nut knocking anywhere get a set of vice grips and a box end wrench and tighten it some

I am looking to do quiet the noises down in my Max also. I was thinking I would fill the corner panels with some foam. I know for sure that the defroster air vents on the dash makes noise when hitting bumps.
