IACV adjustment... which screw on TB?? Help!!!

Trying to adjust the base idle. Turned the car off. Unplugged both TPS sensors. Then attempted to adjust IACV by turning some screw. Which one are they talkin about in the FAQs?? There are so many all over the TB. Help a brother out here guys!! Thanks.

A pic would be helpful, btw.

Yesterday I just cleaned IACV, and I adjusted the idle speed to 650rpm. I adjusted a black plastic screw on the IACV to change the idle speed. Turn the screw clockwise to reduce the idle speed.

Well I just replaced by IACV yesterday and it is still a little out of adjustment because it idles at about 800. I tried to do what it says in the FAQ's about disconeccting the TPS and then turning the engine on again.

But without the TPS plugged my car just won't stay on, it dies before I'm even able to get out of the seat to adjust the black screw. Am I doing something wrong?
