Sweet. How does it feel? I have had other cars with STS and loved it. Hopefully this will prove the same. No issues with gear lock or anything?

the stick isn't shortened. A shorter stick does nothing anyway If thats what you want, just chop yours like hct did (edit sorry i forget who did that). Expect to have to push harder though, and not achieve a " shorter throw". : /

STS!=shorter stick

Thanks for putting em pics up... although with all the praise people have been heaping on the STS... I'm not sure I needed the pics to make me really want em...

I'd love to do this, but with all the money I just blew on Christmas shopping and other stuff.... I gotta hold off.... hope y'all are enjoying your STS's.... sure sounds like it....

Check the link I posted for a more complete picture gallery. I figured Neutral, 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th, and Reverse would give people the idea of how the throw was shortened.

Actually cutting the stick has made the throw alot easier and smoother. I will let you know when I get the STS and put it on how it feels!!!!

Stock you can shift with 1 finger on the top. If you shorten it 1-1.5" you may need 2 fingers...

Yeah, I know. No pics of 3rd & 4th in there either. No big deal, and we appreciate the pics you did take. Just found it odd that they were missing...

I understand. I figured I had posted enough pics for one day. No prob taking the pics though. I am really enjoying the shorter throw of this shifter.

why would you wanna shift with one finger anyways? im sure it wouldnt make it all that much harder if you shaved an inch or two off, and it sure does look alot better

i don't think making it shorter makes it look any better.

especially if the shifter boot is meant for the longer shaft anyways.
