Mileage?

Hello all, new here. Thinkin about buying my wife a 95-97 max, just wondering how many miles you all are getting out of these (200k, 100k)? Also what type of maitenance a year. Just bought a 325is and want to keep it as nice as possible, so this would be a daily driver

It is 1 of 150 cars made in 94 (M-Tech package) as a test bed for the 95 m3. So it is a bit rare, hence wanting to keep it nice and keep the miles down.

And thanks all for the info, it is coming down to maxima or sc300.

Nice looking car maxima99

my car has about 243000 and it still runs like a champ..just regularly checking the fluids and topping everything of when you are supposed to and they will last a long time

your going to hate your wife, since she'll have more power than your car will. a 328i will be the maxima's equal.

Yeah, I know about the power, but my car has a 3.15 limited slip which helps quite a bit. It doesn't matter, I love anything with four wheels and will fix up the maxima also.

W/ proper maintenance & TLC, you can see well over 200K on a Max. These motors are one of the best for the $$

Congrats on the 325is

Living it Up!

I'm at 201K and still going strong. I owned a Sentra before that and also never had a single problem. Very reliable! I am happy to say that I am not one of those people stranded along side the road. No major repairs except for the self-induced. I am in need of changing the knock sensor and motor blower resistor of which I will be doing this month. I also changed a ball-joint out last year around this time.

Enjoy the ride!
