Adjusting cefiro headlights

I just finished installing the cefiro headlights and the car looks so much better compared to the stock 95 headlights. I used silverstar bulbs and the light output is much better compared to the 9007 conversion I did. Anyways, I'm having some trouble adjusting the beam height, is there a way to adjust the height so I can lower the driver side, because it's quite a bit higher than the passenger side. The long adjuster screw (the upper left one in the pic) doesnt seem to adjust anything, it turns, but the light doesnt appear to change. Does the one to the lower right of the bulb harness adjust the light or is that only to hold something together? Thanks a lot.

It should work by using the long screw and the short one on the opposite side of the bulb. Are they the smoked version by any chance?

Actually, even the smoked version works.

I thought I had the same problem, but realized after toying with it it simply takes A LOT of turning to get them to move.

Draw a mark on the wall you're aiming with and you'll notice it moving after a while of turning.

The large **** is left/right tho - the small bras bolt on the right of the bulb in that pic should be up/down.
