Trans Drain Plug- Is it countersunk into pan?

I was going to do a drain/refill and only see a dimple with bolt on the trans pan. Is that the drain plug?

yes, it should be around a 19mm from what i remember off the top of my head. if the level was correct before, you should get around 4.5 quarts from a drain and refill and around a quart more if drop the pan.
