The time has come for me to trade in my '02 Max SE for a new one. I am looking at a '05 SE AT with the Driver's preferred pkg, Leather int., and Sunroof.

First, how much would you say is a fair price to pay? Secondly, are there any issues with the '05 that I should be on the lookout for? Last, I would like to swap the grille out, does anyone have any recommendations for a high-quality aftermarket replacement?

I appreciate any suggestions or links to related threads you can provide.
