I deleted that stupid post about running factory wheels on maximas. Why is it so wrong Spoogy?????? Please explain in technical terms for all of us to know

Because I didn't really see anything special about the wheels you ran on your max. They weren't particularly light. Just big and heavy.

Hey, what's the problem with you, Gio? Why do you keep making negative remarks about me? Do you even know me? Cuz I don't even know you in real life. This is not OT where you can make fun of people. I don't take any of your BS seriously, but I'd like to see a place, this place to be a friendly place to communicate with other maxima owners. If you can't keep it that way, you should not be here.

15lbs each wheel, fit perfect. I had the NA wheels and powdercoated them black. Ran some Yoko AVS Intermediates 225-50-16s on it- BEST TIRES I ever owned. I wish they still made them, they where considered by many THE tire for a Z32. I sold the wheels to a friend of mine for his A4- don't ask how we made them fit. He bent up his stock wheels and needed cheap repleacements, and I had my Enkei RPO1s that I installed and the Z32 wheels just took up room.

I think the staggered TTZ wheels would work better, as the rear wheels are much wider than the fronts on the TTZ. NA has the same wheels all around. Everyone at work was always givn me **** for the wheels, they told me the car looked old and cheap with these wheels. They told me to get some hub caps. Eighter way, going from 26lbs JUST for the wheels- 18" Konig Tantrum to 15lbs 300ZX NA wheels was a HUGE improvement in acceleration. Its hard to resist 18" wheels for me, so I am getting some new light weight 18s for the spring time right after I get the car repainted. I'm a big fan of expenssive japanesse wheels like SSR, Rays, Work, Advan.. but the new Axis look nice too. Eighter way, each wheel needs to be lighter than 18lbs or I aint getting it.
