96 Maxima damaged suspension

Couple weeks ago I hit boulders with my left wheel. I damaged a rim and my maxima cannot be aligned. I was told the knuckle and control arm were bend, is it possible to bend knuckle?

Well go look at it and see if it's bent.

The knuckle & control arm are ment to bend before the frame gets damaged. They are actually casted from softer materials then the subframe of the vehicle.

If the alignment shop told you it's bent, replace it. If you hit something hard enough to bend those components, your bearing took a nice shot as well. I'd replace the hub and bearing along with the knuckle to avoid a bearing failure which will result in doing the job all over again.
