making stock gauges brighter?

making stock gauges brighter?

i searched but couldnt find how to just keep my stock white gauges with red needle but make them brighter? i know someone can help me out.. thanks

u wanna make the needles or gauges brighter, i used 194 piaa bulbs for the gauges and 5000mcd leds for needles

both, i want the gauges to be brighter and the needles as well....while keeping the white gauges/red needles

put hyperwhites....if that does anything that is about the only thing that will work. a higher wattage bulb will be needed to make them acaully alot brighter, but with the 194/74 bulbs they only come in 8 watts.

I used Porlargs in my giuges. ALOT better than stock. More picts on my car domain.

i like yours but i still want to keep my red needles....so i just need brighter bulbs?

If you use Polargs like myke and I did you wouldn't lose your red needles. I used polargs on the I30 gauges which also have clear needles, so my whole setup was bright white, however I colored the needles with a Red Sharpie and it came out perfect. White gauges and red needles with chrome gauge rings. I love my dash now.
